Obtaining the Email Header Information in Rich Webmail

Email header information is essential in troubleshooting many email related issues. Everyone.net Technical Support may ask that you send the header information so they may troubleshoot a specific problem.

Follow these steps to obtain the requested email header:

  • Double click the email message you wish to view
  • Click on Actions -> View Message Source
  • A window will pop up with the header information
  • Cut and Paste this information in an email and send to Everyone.net Technical Support
  • If you do not know your support account information, please reference your Everyone.net receipt.
  • If you are unsure, one method is to forward the message as an attachment to Support. Please make sure the message is an attachment, and not set as in-line. We do not receive the full message headers if the email is in-line.
