When does Renew My Mail Plus Membership? first attempts to renew Mail Plus Total Protection and Extra Storage memberships 30 days before the "Service Period" anniversary date (found on the Web Mail Home page) to ensure that there is ample time to resolve any problems (e.g. expired credit card) should the renewal transaction fail.

Failure to successfully renew by the anniversary date will result in the loss of Mail Plus Total Protection and/or Extra Storage membership benefits. Thus, it is important for members to keep their billing profile up-to-date.

Not renewing may result in:

  • Reduce mail storage
  • Loss of connectivity through a mail/mobile client
  • Loss of one_storage features
  • Loss of the account in general
