False Negative (FN) a message that is spam, but is incorrectly seen as a regular email.
False negatives in receiving are messages that come through our system that passed our anti-spam filtering. This is an annoyance to end-users, but if they remove the message, there is nothing we can do to ensure that the messages are not seen again.
Please create a new folder, put the spam in, and contact us with the details. Alternatively, you can email us a copy of the spam by zipping up the messages as indicated on the reporting false positives page.
