When does Renew My Domain Registration?

For domain names bundled with email services, automatically renews the domain name on the expiration date of the domain name registration. While this may result in domain name registration expiration dates that do not match email service expiration dates, domain names will still be renewed so long as the client is in good standing. Failure to renew by the end of a billing cycle may result in permanent or long-term loss of a registered domain name.

For clients with bi-annual or annual billing cycles, will renew email services 30 days before the end of the cycle to ensure that there is ample time to resolve any problems (e.g. expired credit card) should the renewal transaction fail, leaving the client out of good standing. If the first attempt fails, a request is sent to the client asking them to update their billing profile. A second attempt is then made 15 days before the end of the cycle, and another alert is sent to the client should the attempt fail. A third and final attempt is made on the last day of the cycle, and a suspension notice generated should the attempt fail.
