Control Center Suspend User

A user suspended via the Control Center (or XRC) cannot login to their account, nor self-reset their password. Suspended users will not receive email until the account is un-suspended.

To suspend a user via the Control Center, choose Manage Users, then List User Accounts, and then [Suspend user]. To un-suspend a user, choose [Un-suspend user]. The Control Center cannot un-suspend a user suspended by

A user suspended by may not necessarily appear suspended in the Control Center, and can still be deleted (unless the user is locked .)

Aliases, reserved, and Mail Plus Total Protection accounts cannot be suspended.
