Obtaining the Email Header Information in Classic Webmail
Email header information is essential in troubleshooting many email related issues. Everyone.net Technical Support may ask that you send the header information so they may troubleshoot a specific problem.
If you are unsure, one method is to forward the message as an attachment to Support. Please make sure the message is an attachment, and not set as in-line. We do not receive the full message headers if the email is in-line.
