How to check your current MX setting

Via Everyone.net Control Center
------------------------------------
Log into your online control center account. Go to the Confirm DNS Settings section at:

Control Center Home > Manage Services > Email > Advanced Options > Confirm DNS Settings

Click in the Confirm DNS Setting button to see if your MX record is pointed correctly to Everyone.net to allow us to host the email for your domain.

If the confirmation fails, this is an indication that new messages are NOT being received by your users. Please contact your host.

Using a third party tool such as DNS Stuff.
------------------------------------

Go to http://www.dnsstuff.com and check the MX update at any time.

Go to the top-right section under DNS LookUp. Type "yourdomain.com" and select "MX". Then hit LookUp. We suggest that you run this test a few times in succession to verify that the MX record is pointed correctly to "sitemail.everyone.net".

If it not pointed to sitemail.everyone.net, this is an indication that new messages are NOT being received by your users. Please contact your host.
