Cancellation - Email Service
According to our terms of service agreement, please contact support by sending us an email per the address to formally request for cancellation at least 30 days in advance.
If you are terminating within the first 14 days of paid service, you do get a full refund. Any cancellation requests 14 days after the initial purchase date will not be offered a refund. As the administrator, you are responsible for informing your existing users of the change in email service. Many site partners add a message to their website with this information. All of the end-user data (including email messages) reside on our servers.
Any Private Label cancellations should purge data from our system prior to the last day of the month. We highly suggest retreiving all necessary data from our system before deleting domains from the system.
You and your new hosting provider control whether or not your site is linked to Everyone.net. You can remove any links to our services on your website and your host can point your DNS records to another service at anytime without our consent.
