COVID-19 Update
With the recent outbreak of COVID-19 some Everyone.net offices have had to temporarily close due to mandatory local quarantines. Support will still be staffed during regular business hours of 5am to 5pm PST Monday through Friday. While the offices are closed phone support will be unavailable. Email support will still function as normal. For any support inquiries please send an email to support@everyone.net and a technician will get back to you as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate you understanding in this matter.

For 24/7 support contracts, please call your support number for immediate assistance with your service.

EVERYONE.NET CHANGE OF PUBLISHER MAIL SERVICE

Everyone.net has ended access for free web mail accounts to the Publisher Mail (formerly Sponsored Mail) service. Subscribers to Mail Plus Total Protection will continue to have access and will not be impacted.

This change is part of our ongoing efforts to reduce email abuse and improve security. Thank you for choosing Everyone.net.

When this message occurs it means connection to the webmail became unstable. There are many reasons this could happen, most likely is due to a corrupt browser cookie.

Next steps:

In order to resolve this ask the user to follow these steps:

1. log out of the webmail (physically click the logout button, not just close the browser)
2. clear their Temporary Internet Files/cache
3. clear their internet browser cookies < This is very important
