than $50 we will send you a check. After your first Mail Plus sign up we will provide you with one FREE Mail Plus Total
Protection account for your personal use.
Frequently Asked Questions
If you have a question that is not answered here, don't hesitate to
contact us. As always, please include your
Client ID with your message.
Is there a fee to offer Mail Plus and related premium upgrades to my end-users?
Absolutely not. Mail Plus pays you! Mail Plus
is an upgrade option for your end-users. Your users
can choose to upgrade to Mail Plus Total Protection for $36.95 a year or Premium Protection for $49.95 a year. Each time they sign
up for Mail Plus, you earn $10! Any user that chooses
not to upgrade may continue to use your ad-supported email service
as usual.
How do I market and advertise this service to my end-users?
Please consult our marketing guide for Mail Plus.
What is a Mail Plus member?
A Mail Plus member is an end-user that has paid to
upgrade their individual mailbox to Mail Plus Total Protection or Premium Protection. When
a user upgrades to Mail Plus, we refer to them as
a Mail Plus member.
Can I remove Mail Plus members?
Under certain circumstances, such as abuse of the Mail Plus membership, you may remove Mail Plus members
by contacting us.
What does "No Ads" mean?
"No Ads" means that a Mail Plus member
account is 100% free of all forms of advertising. This includes Everyone.net
ads as well as those of the client. The promotional email signature
(i.e. tagline) is also removed.
Mail Plus members that double-opt-in (confirm an
email subscription twice) may receive email advertisements but only
because they have explicitly confirmed their desire to receive such
promotions.
When will I be paid?
Payment via check will be mailed every 60 days once the revenue share
due to you is $50 or more. In order to be paid, you must complete
the Mail Plus Program application. If you are
subject to U.S. tax laws, you must also complete and submit IRS
Form W-9.
Will I get credit for Mail Plus members that signed
up before I update my profile or submit my IRS Form W-9?
Yes. Please be sure to update your profile
and submit your IRS
Form W-9 as soon as possible.
What should I do if a Mail Plus member contacts me
for technical support?
Please kindly inform the Mail Plus member that
they should contact Everyone.net under "Help" in their Web
Mail account. Mail Plus members receive technical support from Everyone.net as part of
their membership.
How does a Mail Plus member request a refund?
Mail Plus has a 14-day refund policy. This policy
is clearly stated in the membership agreement and at the time of purchase.
Can a paying end-user (e.g. a Mail Plus member)
revert back to being a regular end-user?
Yes. A paying end-user that reverts back to being a regular end-user
will not receive a refund after their first 14-days.
What happens to my paying end-users if I discontinue my email service?
They will lose their service and you will forfeit any payments due
to you. Please read the terms of the Client
Service Agreement for more information about discontinuing an
Everyone.net service. We hope that you will contact
us before you make such a decision.
